I offer a steady, compassionate presence and care deeply about creating a space where people feel respected, supported, and at ease.
I work with people who often appear capable on the outside, yet feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of themselves on the inside. Therapy with me is paced with care — a place to slow down, feel steadier, and begin trusting yourself again.
My work is relational and trauma-informed, drawing on EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic approaches. Rather than fixing or directing, I focus on creating a supportive therapeutic relationship where your voice matters, your boundaries are respected, and you remain in control of the process. Sessions unfold at a pace that feels right for you, with attention to helping you feel safer and more at ease in your body over time.
I come to this work as a human, not as someone who has it all figured out. I know what it’s like to question your worth and to find your way back to yourself. I don’t offer perfection — I offer presence, humility, and genuine care.
